Our team will contact you to book a visit so that we can evaluate the task at hand. Once we have asses your cleaning needs we will provide you with an estimate.
Yes, we provide our own equipment and use eco-friendly cleaning products. If there is a cleaning product you wish for us to use, please indicate it to us during our consultation visit.
All our cleaning packages and services are custom to the client's needs. We evaluate the task at hand in order to provide you with a quote. This allows transparency with our clients.
Our cleaning services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so we can work around your schedule. We offer daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis services.
If you will not be present during a cleaning we ask you to prepare the following:

1. A key that only the cleaning worker(s) has access to. If we are unable to get entrance to your residence, a lock-out fee will be charged.

2. Have your home picked up and ready to be cleaned to avoid additional charges. We do not pick up your stuff and then clean, unless an agreement was made.
You may be present during a cleaning, but you are not required. Clients who are not present will need to provide us with a key or an access code to their building.
Prior to a scheduled cleaning, we need at least a 4 hour notice of cancellation. If you need to reschedule a cleaning, we will try to find you the next available date.
When you schedule one of our cleaning services, you will be asked to pay a deposit. After the job is completed, the balance will be due. We currently only accept cash, or e-transfers.
